By visiting holyvoltageradio.com, buying digital music, supporting the mission, submitting forms, or using community features, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About Holy Voltage Radio
Holy Voltage Radio is a Christian EDM worship music and community project operated by Holy Voltage Records. The site may offer original music, digital downloads, supporter options, community boards, videos, updates, and related content.
Digital music purchases and downloads
- Digital products are delivered electronically, usually through a download page, signed file link, email, or supporter/vault access flow.
- You are responsible for entering accurate checkout and contact information so we can confirm and deliver your purchase.
- Purchase links, download links, and supporter access are for personal use unless we specifically grant broader written permission.
- Do not share private download links, paid ZIP files, supporter-only content, or access tokens publicly.
Supporter payments, donations, and subscriptions
Supporter payments help fund music, visuals, community work, releases, and related operations. Unless a specific product or tier clearly states otherwise, support payments are not investments, ownership interests, royalties, or guaranteed delivery of a future item. Subscription or recurring supporter access may be managed through the payment provider and may be cancelled according to the options available through that provider or by contacting us.
Refunds
Because digital music and downloadable files can be accessed immediately, digital purchases are generally final once fulfilled. If something breaks, you bought the wrong item by mistake, or you did not receive access, email hello@holyvoltageradio.com and we’ll review it fairly. Refund availability may depend on payment status, fraud review, download fulfillment, platform rules, and applicable law.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we identify at checkout. By paying, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize the charge shown at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, fraud checks, dispute procedures, and card-network rules.
Community and submissions
If you submit fan board entries, prayer notes, testimonials, comments, messages, images, or other content, you are responsible for what you submit. You grant Holy Voltage Radio permission to review, moderate, display, edit for formatting/safety, remove, and use submitted content in connection with the site and mission. Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, invasive of privacy, infringing, spammy, or unsafe.
Faith, prayer, and community content
Holy Voltage Radio may include Christian encouragement, prayer-related submissions, and worship content. The site does not provide emergency services, professional counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or crisis response. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
Intellectual property
Music, sound recordings, compositions, artwork, logos, copy, site design, videos, downloads, and related materials are copyrighted/protected works owned by Holy Voltage Records, Holy Voltage Radio, Adam Wallace, licensors, contributors, or the applicable rights holders. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, upload, sample, modify, train on, sync, license, or commercially use protected content unless permission is clearly granted in writing.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass the site, payment, storage, or access systems.
- Do not use the site for fraud, spam, malware, harassment, rights infringement, or illegal activity.
- Do not bypass checkout, share private content, or claim another person’s purchase or supporter access.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
Availability and changes
