Who we are
Holy Voltage Radio is a Christian EDM worship music and community project operated by Holy Voltage Records. Our website is https://holyvoltageradio.com, and our contact email is hello@holyvoltageradio.com.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Contact information you submit, such as name, email address, supporter details, prayer notes, fan board details, or messages.
- Checkout information connected to music purchases, supporter tiers, donations, receipts, fulfillment, and fraud prevention. Payments are processed by Stripe; Holy Voltage Radio does not store your full card number.
- Community content you choose to submit for public or moderated features, such as fan board or prayer board entries.
- Technical and usage data, such as browser type, device information, pages visited, referral sources, approximate location derived from IP address, and analytics events.
- Support and delivery records needed to verify purchases, provide digital downloads, respond to requests, and maintain supporter access.
How we use information
- To process purchases, supporter payments, receipts, and digital download delivery.
- To respond to messages, supporter details, prayer notes, and community submissions.
- To operate, secure, improve, and troubleshoot the site and related services.
- To prevent spam, abuse, fraudulent payments, or unauthorized access.
- To send requested updates or support communications when you opt in or ask for help.
Email, supporter, and vault communications
If you sign up for updates, submit supporter details, request a vault login code, purchase music, or contact Holy Voltage Radio, we may use the email address you provide to send the requested confirmation, access code, support reply, receipt-related help, vault/update note, or other communication connected to that request. We do not want surprise email. Optional update emails may include an unsubscribe or reply-based opt-out path where applicable.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment details, billing information, card-network data, fraud signals, and other information according to Stripe’s own privacy policy. We receive limited checkout, receipt, product, and fulfillment information needed to confirm payment and deliver purchased digital content.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers for hosting, payments, analytics, email, database/storage, and security. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us. Examples can include Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for storage/database features, and analytics or email providers used to operate the site.
No sale of personal information
Holy Voltage Radio does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate the site, process payments, deliver downloads, send requested messages, protect the site, comply with law, or respond to a request you made.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies, local storage, server logs, or privacy-conscious analytics to understand site performance, measure visits, remember basic preferences, and protect the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work the same if cookies or storage are disabled.
Public submissions
If you submit content intended for a community board, fan board, prayer board, testimonial, or similar feature, that information may be reviewed, moderated, displayed publicly, edited for safety/formatting, or removed. Please do not submit private, sensitive, or emergency information through public community features.
Social platforms and call-to-action data
If you interact with a Holy Voltage Radio page, group, event, post, message, advertisement, or call-to-action button on a third-party platform, that platform may process your activity under its own terms and privacy policy. If a Holy Voltage Radio form, link, signup, challenge, download gate, event RSVP, or community feature asks for information, Holy Voltage Radio is collecting that information for the stated purpose, not the social platform. We aim to provide notice about what is collected and how it will be used before you submit information.
Depending on the feature, we may use submitted information to respond to you, send requested updates, provide access or downloads, moderate community submissions, run events or promotions, measure campaign performance, prevent abuse, and operate Holy Voltage Radio. Do not submit information unless you agree to that use.
Promotions, events, and insights
If you enter an HVR promotion, giveaway, contest, sweepstakes, or event, we may collect information needed to administer that activity, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants or attendees, deliver prizes or access, handle support, and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements. Social platforms may also provide us with page, post, event, ad, or audience insights under their own platform terms. We use those insights to understand performance and improve our content; we do not treat platform insights as permission to misuse personal information.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including purchase records, tax/accounting obligations, security logs, dispute handling, legal compliance, and support history. We may remove or anonymize community submissions and contact records when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other help with personal information we control, subject to legal, security, payment, and recordkeeping requirements. You can also unsubscribe from optional communications using any unsubscribe method provided or by emailing us.
Location of processing
Holy Voltage Radio is operated from the United States. If you use the site from another region, your information may be processed in the United States or in other places where our service providers operate.
Children’s privacy
Holy Voltage Radio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through forms or email.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site and services evolve. The “Last updated” date above will show when the policy was last revised.
